Prairie Life Fitness is one of the nation’s leading operators of health and fitness clubs, with 9 facilities in 4 states, 1,000 employees, and 30,000 members. The goal was to help them map out a comprehensive communications strategy that could increase engagement with members. The strategy incorporated push notices and special content that targeted specific user groups. The app now has 3 distinct levels of users: Free, Paid to Upgrade, and Working with a Personal Trainer.

By plugging the app directly into Moblico’s platform, Prairie Life could now target members with helpful push notification reminders—such as “Time to work out quads”—as well as helpful fitness suggestions and rewards for achieving specific goals, such as “Worked out 7 days in a row.” The result? The club now has better penetration into their user base, and more personalized engagement with members—who they can also prompt to bump up to their next level of fitness after they complete a goal. They can also “wake up” a user with a push notification after a long period of inactivity.

Collect and Win Game with Two Online Bonus Games

Our client was experiencing declining sales due to a sluggish economy,  mass retailers and online retailers aggressively penetrating the grocery market. We recommended a collect and win game with two bonus online games to be run over a 12 week period. The shopper was awarded a game ticket with each transaction and a bonus ticket with each sponsor product purchased. We also used The Price Is Right license to create interest for the game. We designed a game for the consumer and a separate game for the employees. Besides traditional cash, cruise, and car type prizes, the consumer had many chances to win a life-changing prize of $1,000,000, with the odds of winning one in 500. The client budget was funded by participating brands. Sales turned around to a plus 3% for the campaign and remained positive the rest of the year. Our wealth of experience in designing games allowed the clients to be able promote $4.7 Million in prizes and one in five wins a prize with out counting free game tickets as prize.

The client competes in a very competitive frozen food category. To increase loyalty and capture new customers we creative an online collect and win game on each package the customer would take the code and enter into their personal game page to collect different pieces in each room of the house. If they collected all the pieces to the room they win that rooms prize. The campaign ran for nine months with double digit increase in sales.
